Given the diverse nature of our practice, along with the absence of repetitive cases or transactions, we train our new associates to be complete, well-rounded lawyers.
Our strategy of developing well-rounded lawyers differentiates us from firms that train new lawyers to be specialists in subparts of particular transactions or matters. We mentor all of our new attorneys to be "Advocates in Extraordinary Circumstances."
