Given the diverse nature of our practice, along with the absence of repetitive cases or transactions, we train our new associates to be complete, well-rounded lawyers.

Our strategy of developing well-rounded lawyers differentiates us from firms that train new lawyers to be specialists in subparts of particular transactions or matters. We mentor all of our new attorneys to be "Advocates in Extraordinary Circumstances."  The Murphy Firm's goal is to ensure that each new associate will be able to aid our clients in a creative and successful manner.  It is our goal to develop in each of our new associates the skills necessary to become a successful partner in our firm.
